To Rehydrate Your Loaf


1. Thaw completely if frozen.

2. Preheat oven to 350°F.

3. Quickly run the entire loaf under cool water.

4. Bake directly on oven rack for 20 minutes.

5. Cool 5–10 minutes before slicing.

*recomended for any stadge of bread life
